Beschreibung: Tiefdunkles, beinahe undurchdringliches Rot. In der Nase eine ganze Bandbreite von ausgereiften Waldbeeren, fein untermalt von Nuancen nach Tabak, Leder und Lavendel. Auch am Gaumen mit viel Frucht, druckvoll, aber dennoch seidig und elegant. Der beste Syrah der Toskana?!

"Funkelndes Rubin-Violett. Feine, zugängliche Nase, eröffnet mit Noten von Himbeere, auch etwas Schweiß. Am Gaumen viel süße Frucht, üppig, wie ein barocker Engel, öffnet sich mit feinmaschigem Tannin, spannt einen weiten Bogen, würziges Finale." Falstaff

In 2011, the Syrah benefits greatly from longer macerations at lower temperatures and an overall gentler approach to extraction.
